Let Me Know (LMK) is an education charity working to prevent relationship abuse before it starts, giving young people the skills to avoid abuse and fill their lives with relationships that support them to be well and thrive. LMK achieves this through delivery of preventative workshops to young people aged 11-24 in schools and community settings.

Children's Health Scotland: Delivering Self-Management Skills Programmes in Scotland
We know the impact of living with a disability and chronic illness can be severe, overwhelming, and isolating. Children and young people are at risk from social isolation, difficulty in making friends, poor mental health and wellbeing, and poor educational and career outcomes due to missing school. A grant from the Pixel Fund is helping Children's Health Scotland deliver Self-Management Skills (SMS) Programmes and a monthly online HUB to children and young people living with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses.

Venture Scotland's Empower Programme - Changing Young Lives Outdoors
Venture Scotland is the only provider of long-term, outdoor-based personal development support for young adults in Scotland. Using Scotland’s natural environments and a person-centred practice, we support young adults who are suffering from poor mental health, trauma, poverty, health inequality, unemployment, crime and alcohol and substance misuse.

Art Therapy Programme for Children in North Ayrshire - delivered by Impact Arts
Impact Arts' Art Therapy Programme in North Ayrshire provides a tiered model of psychotherapeutic support to children, young people and their families who are affected by familial/parental substance use. Targeted towards those where the use of alcohol and drug use by family members is a contributing factor to Adverse Childhood Experiences.

12-week group therapy intervention for disadvantaged children
KidsAid intend to provide a group therapy intervention for twelve children and young people who are displaying early signs of poor mental health. Themes within the sessions will focus on connecting with oneself and others with self-acceptance, empathy, and compassion; exploring worries and fears; and creating a personal toolkit to use when life feels overwhelming.

Innovative Urban Forest School delivered by The Garden Classroom
We are very grateful to the Pixel Fund for supporting our Urban Forest School programme for the second time. Over the past two years, we’ve been able to extend outreach of our UFS programme to include schools who would not normally engage with us by being able to offer fully funded taster programmes.

The Shine Project
The goal of The Shine Project is to support young people in developing and maintaining good physical and mental health, providing a firm foundation with which to achieve a successful and happy future. We do this through the delivery of our early intervention physical and mental wellbeing courses in small groups of up to 12 young people aged 11-14.

The Green Team
At the Green Team we are passionate about young people thriving through nature – caring for the environment, others and self. We have been successfully running outdoor programmes in Edinburgh, since 1995. Thrive is the Green Team’s mental health and wellbeing programme. The programme runs projects throughout the year.

SELFA supports children and families who are experiencing vulnerabilities to build resilience, thrive and achieve, with an overall aim of improving mental wellbeing.
Reasons for referral to the Charity are varied and complex. Many of the children and young people have autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, attachment disorder, mental and physical health issues.

Blue Smile: supporting children’s mental health in Cambridgeshire
18% of children in England are struggling with their mental health, according to 2022 NHS Digital data – that’s around 5 children in every school class. A grant from The Pixel Fund is helping Blue Smile deliver 1-1 arts-based therapy for children in Cambridgeshire primary schools, providing prompt, specialist help to those who need it most.
