Its prevalence continues to be on the rise. And young people barely out of full time education, between the ages of 16 to 19, are the most at risk of experiencing it; an early experience that can impact nearly every aspect of the rest of their lives.

Let Me Know (LMK) is an education charity working to prevent relationship abuse before it starts, giving young people the skills to avoid abuse and fill their lives with relationships that support them to be well and thrive. LMK achieves this through delivery of preventative workshops to young people aged 11-24 in schools and community settings.
