Inclusive Swimming – BOSP Holiday Club provides hydrotherapy swimming opportunities to some of the most marginalised children and young people (CYP) with complex physical, learning disabilities and/or medical needs, who are unable to access mainstream pools in Basildon, Essex. As a result, CYP will improve their fitness, increase confidence, independence and emotional well-being as well as improve muscle tone, reduce their challenging behaviours and improve their overall well-being.
