LMK (Let Me Know)

Relationship abuse is an urgent problem impacting millions of people in the UK every year.

Its prevalence continues to be on the rise. And young people barely out of full time education, between the ages of 16 to 19, are the most at risk of experiencing it; an early experience that can impact nearly every aspect of the rest of their lives.

For a second year, The Pixel Fund is helping to tackle this urgent problem by supporting Let Me Know.

Let Me Know is an education charity, helping to prevent relationship abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault, by educating young people on the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships, using a powerful “10 signs” framework.

Between September 2025 and August 2026, funding from The Pixel Fund will help young people aged 10-24 across London, to access LMK’s relationship education workshops.

LMK’s workshops are designed to surface what young people already know about the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationships, and to challenge harmful beliefs and norms before they take root.

During these workshops, LMK’s team of Workshop Leaders facilitate discussions about healthy signs like boundaries, owning actions, and independence, and unhealthy signs like manipulation, volatility and possessiveness, using scenarios that have been co-created with young people on LMK’s Youth Advisory Board.

In the first year of LMK’s 2024-27 strategy:

  • 3 in 4 young people said the workshop changed their understanding of what behaviours are healthy and unhealthy in relationships.

  • And 85% of young people said they now know who to speak to and where to get help if they are worried about an unhealthy relationship.
