Winchester Youth Counselling

WYC improves the mental health and wellbeing of 11-25 year-olds with free, longer-term counselling, local wellbeing services and unique outdoor therapies. We offer 1:1 Counselling as well as Walk and Talk Counselling, Nature Therapy, Drop-in services, Parent support and professional training. We also run a Ukrainian refugee support group, two weekly drop-in services and a monthly Neurodiversity support group for parents.

Winchester Youth Counselling (WYC) provide free, open-ended mental health support for young people aged 11-25. Our services include 1:1 Counselling, Walk and Talk Therapy, Nature Therapy, Group work and support for parents and carers. WYC support young people experiencing a range of issues including anxiety and depression, bereavement, suicidal ideation, self harm and many others, that have a hugely negative impact on their wellbeing and their future.
