CPU London | The delivery of free, long-term psychotherapy to disadvantaged young people (18-25) at a new satellite clinic in Islington

We are delighted to be opening a new Satellite Clinic in Islington delivering free, long-term psychotherapy to people on benefits and low-incomes suffering from mental ill-health. Our Satellite Clinic will directly replicate the cost-effective, clinically-proven delivery model we run at our Main Clinic in Camden, combining an experienced core clinical team with a group of trainee psychotherapists.

CPU | Providing Free and Low-Fee Psychotherapy in London

The Camden Psychotherapy Unit (CPU) aims to extend access to psychotherapy to those for whom it has not previously been an option because of financial pressure, ethnicity or culture. The objective of our work is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of our patients, to help them with their ongoing problems and to make lasting positive change in their lives.

We are so grateful for the support of the Pixel Fund for our work in improving young peoples' mental health. The funding enables us to help Londoners aged 18-25 to improve the quality of their lives via weekly psychotherapy at a cost of around £1,000 per person.
