At Off The Record, we provide free, confidential mental health support to young people aged 11–25 across Havant, and South East Hampshire.
We are incredibly grateful to The Pixel Fund for their grant of £7,500, which will make a meaningful difference as we respond to growing demand. As a small, grassroots charity, this funding has an immediate and tangible impact, allowing us to provide free counselling sessions, step in earlier to support young people before issues escalate, and maintain safe, non-judgemental spaces where they feel heard and valued. Flexible funding like this is vital to our work, enabling us to respond quickly, reach those who might otherwise go without support, and deliver free services that are rooted in our local community.
Demand for youth mental health support has never been higher. This funding allows us to reach more young people at the right time, helping them build resilience, improve wellbeing and move forward with confidence.
